To confirm participation in the magic truffle ceremony, a deposit of €50 is required. This deposit may be refunded depending on the timing of cancellation (see details below).
Cancellation by the participant:
If you cancel more than 14 days before the ceremony, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel within 14 days of the ceremony, the deposit is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to someone else or reschedule for a future date.
Cancellation by the organizers:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded.
The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival at the ceremony.
